Mrs. Vice is survived by Husband of 16 years: Joe Vice, Jr.; Daughter & Son-in-law: Sheri & Jack Holcomb of Duluth; Son: Scott Black of KS; Brothers: Robert & Rhonda Mullins of Midlothian, TX, and Terry & Judy Mullins of Artesia NM; Sister: Cathy & Jimmy Price of Covington, GA; Grandchild: Nikki Nichols; Niece: Sarah Mcintosh; Nephew: Clay Collins; a host of other Family & Friends.
