BRAND- Howard Brand, Jr. age 86 of Loganville, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2009. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 11:30 AM at Center Hill Baptist Church with Rev. David Dills officiating. Burial at Church Cemetery, Loganville. Mr. Brand was a WWII Army (infantry) Veteran,, Member of Masonic Lodge # 138 F & AM, and retired from Beatrice Foods after 18 years of service. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Mary Jewell (Brown) Brand; Daughter & Son-in-law, Patreece & Doug Couch, Lawrenceville; Son & Daughter-in-law: Bill & Debbie Brand, Talking Rock; Grandchildren: Michael Couch, Cartersville; Courtney Couch, Buford; Chad Brand, Talking Rock; Great Grandchildren: Logan Couch & Reed Couch, Cartersville. Mr. Brand is preceded in death by Grandchildren April Lynne Brand & William Howard Brand IV who have gone ahead to be with the Lord. The family will receive friends Friday, November 20, 2009 from 4-6:30 PM at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 670 Tom Brewer Rd. Loganville, GA 30052. 770-466-1544.
